The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health, after consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has today issued an amendment to the Mandatory use of Medical or Cloth Masks Legal Notice.
L.N. 82 of 2021 states that temporary removal of face-mask in public places is necessary during the consumption of food or drink or when smoking tobacco products.
The temporary removal of face-masks shall not be permissible while a person is walking.
